The Mercedes-Benz E-Class has long set the standard for luxury saloons, and the sixth generation E-Class from Mercedes-Benz takes that legacy to a new level. Launched globally in April 2023 and arriving locally in May 2024, this latest E-Class combines classic elegance with state-of-the-art innovation, redefining what an executive saloon can be. The sleek four-door sedan draws design cues from Mercedes-EQ electric models featuring a bold, black panel-like surface connecting the grille with headlamps. Its extended wheelbase, now 22mm longer, means more cabin space and a generous 540-litre boot. It’s said to be the most technologically sophisticated version yet. It offers unrivalled comfort, a tech-laden cabin, and timeless design—plus a selection of mild-hybrid powertrains. Did You Know? With over 17 million sold since 1946, the E-Class is Mercedes-Benz’s best-selling model series. However, this generation marks the end of the E-Class coupé and convertible, which will now fall under the new CLE badge. |

It took 48 months to develop the original 5th generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the moment you get behind the wheel of one you’ll instantly see why. The attention to detail is some of the best you’ll ever see in a Used Executive Vehicle and includes two 12.3-inch full HD screens housed within a single unit. Externally the E-Class uses the same modular MRA platform as its base, which is the same build platform as the C-Class. The F800 design language which was previously used in the S-Class and C-Class can be seen throughout the look and feel of the E-Class. However, the same design cues from the F800 which are used in the E-Class have ensured that it is very much like its cousin with similar (and sometimes identical) design traits. Did You Know? In 2021 the E-Class will receive yet another impressive facelift and upgrade. This includes the addition of the E350e and All-Terrain model variants to a number of global models. Available globally as either a Saloon/Estate or a Coupé/Convertible, the 4th generation of Mercedes-Benz E-Class was (and still is) a breathtaking vehicle to look at and drive. As with the 5th generation E-Class, it took its design inspiration from some of the most popular Mercedes on the plant, namely the C-Class and the S-Class. Its angular and aggressive styling ensured that it has more than a few masculine qualities, which helped to boost its sales figures in some of the worlds biggest automotive markets. Vehicle facelifts occurred in 2013 and this included styling refinements as well as equipment upgrades. Did You Know? In a ”tip of the hat” to one of its predecessors, the 4th generation E-Class has bulging rear wheel arches which are reminiscent of the iconic “Ponton” Mercedes fender flares of the 1950s. |
